Inception of Concept
Three Dutch entities, including Allinq B.V., formulate a concept for a new startup aimed at addressing the anticipated demands in Fiber Optic Network planning in Europe. The focus is on leveraging new technologies for automation.
Establishment in Prague
The company is established in Prague, strategically located in the heart of Europe to be in proximity to its future customer base.
Initial Workforce Development
The first 7 employees are hired and sent to Germany for 2 months to undergo training on cutting-edge network design tools.
Expansion and Branding
Yungo expands its team to over 20 engineers and secures new clientele in Germany, UK, Ireland, France, and the Czech Republic.
During the inaugural team building workshop, the employees joined together to form the name "Yungo," derived from Latin roots “Jungo”, meaning connection.
Focus on Innovation
Yungo decides to bolster its innovation efforts by establishing a dedicated department
Office Culture Enhancement
Yungo adopts a pet-friendly office policy, welcoming its first dog, with many more to follow.
Rapid Growth
The company relocates to a larger office space and recruits an additional 50 employees within eighteen months.
Yungo expands its market reach by acquiring its first client in the USA.
Milestone Achievement
In May, Yungo celebrates its 100th employee.
Quality Certification
Yungo achieves ISO 9001 certification, reflecting its commitment to quality management.
Massive Design Milestone
Yungo achieves a significant milestone by designing and documenting over 1,000,000 homes passed within a single year.
