The client proposed the innovative idea of placing spare network infrastructure, such as ducts or multi-ducts, into the ground during the reconstruction of the town square. The strategic purpose of these additional ducts is to ensure that the town is prepared for future developments, particularly the installation of Smart City concept elements. These elements include parking automats, information boards, security cameras, Wi-Fi spots, 5G towers, and charging stations, among others.

This study presents various points of interest from the Smart City concept spread around the town square. It includes a comprehensive proposal for the layout of the ducts, ensuring that the infrastructure is optimally positioned to support the integration of these technological advancements.
